Where are you located and where do you ship from?

Our warehouse and headquarters are in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and this is where your order will ship from.

Do you ship to my location?

Medimasks is a proudly Canadian company serving all of Canada. We are not currently offering international shipping, however feel free to contact us at care@medimasks.ca for special inquiries.

How long does shipping take? 

  • Quebec and Ontario: 1-2 business days
  • Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Atlantic Canada: 2-3 business days
  • Alberta, British Colombia: 4-5 business days
  • Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut: Contact us for estimate.

Can you ship to my PO Box?

We do not ship to PO Boxes; please email us at care@medimasks.ca to find a work-around.

How much does shipping cost?

We are currently offering free ground shipping to lower Canada on all mask orders over $100, but this offer may not last forever. Orders that don’t qualify for free shipping will be subject to $14.99 delivery fee. Unfortunately, customers in the Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut do not qualify for free shipping; please contact us at care@medimasks.ca for competitive shipping rates. Additional transit time may be required. 

Do you offer local pickup for customers in Montreal?

We don’t offer curbside local pickup. However, if you have an emergency, please contact us at care@medimasks.ca and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request.

Return Policy for Masks & Respirators

Face masks and respirators are non-refundable and non-returnable. If you received the wrong item and would like an exchange, we require a photo of the items you received before processing the return merchandise authorization (RMA). Please email care@medimasks.ca and mention “wrong item”, or “defective item” in the subject. RMA may require a return of the item(s).
